Should you have problems in making two payments (Deposit / Final Payment) then I could arrange installments of the Final Payments, unfortunately I can not waiver on the deposit as this will cover all the initial costs until completion.
Should you cancel the commission during or after completion or refuse to pay the final installment, the painting will be retained and placed for sale after you receive 1 (one) months notice to recover costs and adhere to the agreement. The commissioned artwork is the property of the artist until all monies have exchanged hands and a delivery date has been agreed. These terms are non-negotiable.
